This practice has lots going for it, especially in the Manchester branch. The one thing they are missing is that front end, conceptual influence.
They moved up 12 places in the AJ100 in 2018.
Manchester has grown from 3 - 9 staff in 3 years.
Biggest project in 2018 - £40m construction value.
Smallest project £1.5m construction value.
Project wins in High Volume Residential, Offices, High Rise, Cultural / Conservation and huge town centre revamps including multiple public sector, Commercial, Retail and Transport buildings.
They're part of a big organisation. But you won't get lost or feel like a number for two key reasons:
1. You'll be part of a smaller regional team which is still ramping up.
2. You'll be the main individual charged with design details, stage 0 - 1 hand sketching, management of the visualisation process and be a key individual when it comes to presenting to clients, or local authorities.
Don't worry you won't lose your touch on RIBA Stages 4 - 7 either. It's an all rounder job but with a front end focus.
You may be a Senior or Project Architect, you may be any age or level of experience.
Revit knowledge a must.
