Architect With Residential Experience – Edinburgh
The opportunity to join a supportive studio based in Edinburgh, with a growing portfolio of residential focused projects. This role would suit an Architect looking to join a strong design led and chartered RIBA practice.
The practice is based in the heart of Edinburgh, they currently have 22 staff and still growing. Their focus as a company is to deliver a spectacular end product for all to enjoy, including private and public clients across Scotland and beyond. Typical projects include large scale housing developments, urban masterplanning and high end commercial projects.
This is a great opportunity for an Architect to join a forward thinking and open studio, which is always developing; including delivering projects using 3D and BIM.
Role & Responsibilities
The Architect position will include where necessary, contributing to the team and taking a leading role on major residential projects, from inception to completion.
Required Skills & Experience
- ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years UK experience
- Proven project and team leading experience
- Residential project experience, ideally large scale/multiple unit
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- AutoCAD, InDesign and Photoshop experience is essential
- Revit/BIM proficiency would be advantageous
Salary & Package
As supporters of the Scottish Business Pledge and the real living wage, you will receive a highly competitive salary of £35,000 – £48,000 as recognition of employee value to the business.
Additionally, the practice pays an annual discretionary bonus to all staff, a pension scheme, additional holiday over the Christmas period and professional study support, including study leave days.
