Part 1/2 Architectural Assistant

As well as excellent design skills, you will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, initiative, pragmatic thinking and problem solving. You will express your ideas and design using different tools, like models, presentations, moodboards, etc.
You will have experience working in a UK based small/medium practice and proficiency in Vectorworks. You will have real passion and interest in materials, finishes and product trends in relation to private residential projects and interior design projects.

You will assist the senior Architect and the Director in residential projects, with a high standard of quality of designs at all stages, from initial concept to construction. More specifically, you will support them throughout the following stages:
- Initial concepts, sketches and models
- Planning application drawings, reports and other approvals.
- Detailed design stage and production information, tender drawings and specifications.
- Materials and product selection and sourcing
- Coordination with other consultants, specialists, contractors and contract administration.
