We are currently working with an award-winning Architects practice who provide services across Urban Design, Architecture and Sustainability.

The role will involve producing accurate and detailed planning drawing, construction drawings and detailed works instructions, specifications and schedules of work.  The role will involve working for developer client and national house builders, therefore a solid understanding of The Building Regulations is essential.  You will be preparing masterplans and producing planning drawings for submission of significant residential and mixed-use schemes. Urban design and masterplanning experience are also desirable.

 

The successful candidate will have experience working on residential/ mixed use projects, knowledge of Housing Quality Indicators (HQI) and proven experience using AutoCAD.  Other desirable skills include the use of Sketch Up, Photoshop and Illustrator.
