A reputable firm are currently looking to add an Architect, Architectural Assistant and Architectural technician to their growing team based in Somerset. Due to a period of substantial growth you will be joining the busy practice with the opportunity to work on a varied mix of primarily Residential and Commercial projects.Delivering projects from start to completion. This is an ideal opportunity for the right Architect and Technician looking to work for a growing practice and be involved in all aspects with long term career progression.Successful Architects and Technicians will have a proven background in producing comprehensive working drawing packages to ensure all relevant legislation is met. Liaising with clients and the wider team the Architect or Technician will be responsible for meeting the programme requirements, attending site meetings, controlling the budget and site inspections.To be considered for this role you must be an adaptable Architect or Technician with ideally experience in Revit and AutoCAD although this is not essential. Excellent communication skills and being well organised are also important requirements for the rolePlease note my client are hiring on a permanent basis although as they are keen to secure the most suitable Architects and Technicians in the local area they are therefore open minded to individual's on a contract basis. Relocation can also be supported. There is a salary on offer up to £42,000 DOE along with a bonus scheme and other benefits on top of this.
