The opportunity for an Architectural Technician to grow as an individual, with a supportive company passionate about employee progression. My client, founded 2011 is an ambitious and growing company, with an established head office in Leeds and their London office currently in the design stages of development. This practice has a high regard for staff development and progression, as well as good quality architecture.

The practice works on a diverse range of project sectors including Commercial, historic, hospitality, hotels, education public, residential and student accommodation. Additionally, they have a wealth of projects on the board including residential and social housing in Bradford, student accommodation in Leicester, hotels in Whitby and Harrogate and many more!

Over the last two years, they have grown exponentially from six to twenty staff members and are now looking to further develop the team with a talented Architectural Technician.

Role & Responsibilities

The role will include technical detailing, planning and building regulations, producing construction information documents and site management across a broad range of projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years UK experience
  • Experience with education projects would be advantageous
  • Revit is essential for this position
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
  • Good understanding of UK building regulations and contract administration
  • Ability to use NBS specification writer would be a bonus!

    Salary & Package

The practice is offering a competitive salary between £30,000 - £45,000 and offers will be made subject to experience.
