This new role in central Cambridge offers the opportunity to run projects while working in a practice that feels that people work best when they are enjoying their work.

Working on mainly education projects you will be joining a social and friendly office that offers a good work life balance but also recognises hard work. Established over 50 years ago this practice is located in the centre of Cambridge and the team work in open plan office. The team of 8 work on several education projects with the average value of 3-4 million. The director likes to make sure it’s a happy working an environment so a friendly positive attitude is must.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work within a team on all RIBA work stages ranging from initial design proposals to site works. The role would also offer the chance to take responsibility of the running of projects under the supervision of a director and would allow development into part III accreditation.

Required Skills & Experience

-A minimum of 1 years UK experience in practice                                                                                      -Experience with Vectorworks would be essential                                                                                     -Education project background is advantages                                                                                          -A positive and friendly out look would be a must.

Salary & Package

The role would offer a Salary of £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
