Due to recent commissions on a number of exciting projects, my client is seeking a talented Revit skilled Project Architect to increase their existing experienced team.

Based in High Wycombe, my client focuses primarily within the residential sector, ranging from modest domestic projects, new houses for private individuals and developers to larger commercial projects. The open plan office offers a friendly atmosphere with flexible working hours.

Due to a large pipeline of work, specifically in high end residential projects which range from one off contemporary houses to substantial Central London developments, they now require a capable project Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful Project Architect will work as part of a small enthusiastic team on a multidisciplinary projects and be able to work autonomously and collaboratively where required.
Duties will include site appraisals, design brief development, concept proposals, planning submissions, construction drawing packages, tendering and contract administration.

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum 5 years professional UK experience- ideally in the residential sector
Experience in working with Autodesk Revit on large scale multidisciplinary projects
Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD
Experience in production of NBS specifications is an advantage
Have a full understanding of current UK planning processes and Building Regulations
Confident liaising with clients and contractors
Excellent communication skills with fluent verbal and written English are essential
Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred

Salary & Package

The company is offering a salary of £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience, with a statutory pension and paid professional memberships.
