Our client is a multidisciplinary consultancy who work with clients across central and southern England. They plan, design and manage projects across a variety of sectors including Education, Retail, Healthcare, Leisure and Residential.
They have an opportunity for an Architectural Assistant (Part II) to join their established Architectural team to work on a variety of projects in the Residential, Education and Healthcare sectors.
The Architectural Assistant (Part II) will be involved in all RIBA Stages of projects, giving you the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience and develop your Design, Technical and project management skills.
Skills and experience required:
- You’ll possess a RIBA Part II accredited qualification and will have gained at least 12 months experience in practice.
- You’ll have excellent software skills including graphics and 3D packages. Knowledge of Revit or Vectorworks would be beneficial.
- You’ll have good Technical knowledge combined with creative flair and design ability.
- You’ll be a capable communicator with good presentation skills
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious Architectural Assistant (Part II) to join a well-regarded practice who will offer you the support and development to complete your Part III.
