I am currently looking to speak with Urban designers with an Architectural background to join an award winning practice based in a stunning office located in Oxfordshire. Offering a great team environment, package and progression this is a can’t miss role. 

The practice is based in the south of Oxfordshire in a picturesque listed building on the riverside with some great views. Established over 25 years ago, they operate in teams of Urban designers, Planners and Architects; all working closely together to achieve a high level of planning approval. This design-led firm works on wide range of projects across residential, education, conservation and sustainable housing.

Role & Responsibilities

The role would involve working with the planning and design teams on a number of residential based projects You would be involved in the design process of projects while also involved in the preparation of masterplans and site layouts.

Required Skills & Experience

Part III Qualified Ideally possess a qualification in Urban design Background in working on UK based large scale residential projects Experience in preparing masterplans and site layout of residentially led schemes

Salary & Package The role would offer a salary of £36,000 to £40,000 depending on experience along with a number of benefits such as a contribution pension of 3%, payment of professional memberships, award-winning training and support programs.
