Architectural Technologist - Wiltshire
Creativity is at the very heart of life at Neptune. This couldn’t ring more true of our incredibly innovative Store and Interior Design team. Here you’ll find creative and technical forces really come together to turn an inspiring design vision into a breath taking reality in the form of our retail stores and residential properties. Our buildings range from Cotswold stone townhouses, complete Neptune new builds and even a 17th century gate lodge, each with their own individual features and quirks.
Take a peek at some of our completed stores by looking for the ‘find a store’ tab on our website. With a lot more stores and residential projects on the horizon, they just keep getting better and better.
For us it’s all in the detail. From the small, intricate elements combined with the larger essentials that really make our properties stand out, they make a real difference.
As an experienced, fully qualified Architectural Technologist, you’ll work closely with our Store Design Manager to:
- Create full drawing packs for construction by working in tandem with our in-house project management and build teams
- Design, develop and detail construction methods in partnership with our interior architects to ensure a seamless aesthetic throughout our projects; we want them to ‘wow’!
- Source and procure the very best architectural items for our projects
- Regularly making site visits to ensure the project is at its very best and to ensure design decisions are efficiently addressed
You’ll be an adaptable and versatile person who ideally has knowledge of both residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail and a passion for developing exciting and inspiring high end buildings. If you happen to know about joinery and metal work for fabrication, that’d be great.
Not only do we offer a highly competitive salary but also a discretionary bonus scheme, pension and a great range of other benefits. If we’ve engaged your senses and you’d like to know more, please send your CV, portfolio and current salary details.
We’re fortunate to receive hundreds and hundreds of applications every week. You’ll never receive an automated response from us – it’s something that we find too impersonal – and while we try to respond to every email, the sheer volume sometimes makes that difficult. So, if you don’t hear from us within 14 days, this means your application hasn’t been successful. We read every single one though, and if we think you might be relevant for a future role, we’ll keep your details somewhere safe, and will come back to you in the near future. Thank you.
