Architect with proven project design to delivery experience required for AJ100 practice offering exceptional career development both personally and professionally.

My client is an award-winning design studio, with a united company culture including collaborative knowledge and ideas shared widely shared between their unified Manchester and London based offices.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, workplace, education, mixed use and more. Due to an increase in workload, my client is looking for an Architect with experience of project delivery to come on board and help them across multiple projects.

Role & Responsibilities

Working alongside a team of Architects and Associates in a supportive environment, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects in a diverse range of sectors and from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to design and deliver high quality projects and the drive to achieve excellence in personal performance and projects delivered.

Required Skills & Experience

Part III Qualified with a minimum of 3 years UK experience Experience of MicroStation is preferred (or similar CAD package software skills), but training will be given Able to run projects from inception to completion, commercial project experience would be advantageous Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards Excellent spoken and written English language Strong organisational skills

Salary & Package

The package offered is £35,000 - £45,000 depending upon experience, with a very competitive package including paid professional memberships.
