A dynamic office with a varied workload including exciting new education projects, with a small but growing team who produce inspiring designs for a varied client base. They produce engaging beautiful buildings that stimulate and create great places to be and currently are working on a mixed-use colleges and residential scheme including 140 affordable homes, and 4,000m2 of learning space.
Role & Responsibilities
An experienced project architect with great design and communication skills to help with a workload of High-profile education and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should be able to engage in all aspects of the building development process, from conception to completion. The practice is offering a key role in projects and a supportive environment to develop your own ideas. You can contribute to forming this practice as it grows.
Required Skills & Experience
High standards and at least 5 years post-Part III experience. Proven skills in design, detailing and AutoCAD/Revit preferred. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign skills must be demonstrable and good presentation, hand drawing and English skills highly desirable.
Salary & Package
Salary up to £45,000 for the right candidate, alongside additional benefits and statutory pension scheme.
