Are you a design-led Architect who has been using Revit fluently on Residential/mixed use projects?

Based in Southwark London, my client currently seeks a Design Architect, who is fully proficient with Revit to join them on a permanent basis. This international practice is best known for its specialism in Architecture and Urbanism. Their two offices are based in Qatar and London and portfolio varies from mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects, to master planning and retail/public spaces.

You'll be joining a team of 27 design professionals in the London office, where individuality is embraced, and a good work life balance is encouraged. Role & Responsibilities

The selected applicant will work with other members of the leadership team, with a culture of excellence, to achieve business and quality targets, to build growth and to achieve maximum success for the practice and its work. You should have a strong mandate to lead projects and be part of the development of the practice in terms of its creative output, its vision and its growth. There is huge potential for responsibility, promotion and for increasing remuneration, as well as for creative challenges. You could play a leading strategic role in visual brand development, communication vision, modelling and visualisations, project ‘legacy' content for publication.

You will be using Revit with the team across all projects in house and should be expected to confidently produce visuals of the highest standard. Confidence is key for this role, as you will be required to mentor more junior members of the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4 + years' experience as a qualified Architect
  • Registered with the Architects Registration Board
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working on residential/mixed-use/commercial projects within the UK
  • A passion for innovative design and bespoke detailing
  • Substantial experience in UK residential and commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of early/planning stages of residential and commercial design
  • Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations, planning and code compliance
  • Demonstrable experience of RIBA work stages
  • Strong external envelope detailing experience
  • Design team leadership skills
  • Project running experience is essential
  • Ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills
  • Working with Autodesk Revit/BIM is required
  • Fantastic spoken and written English

Unfortunately, applicants who do not have professional working experience using Revit, will not be considered for this position.

Salary & Package

£38,000 - £45,000 Fully dependent on experience + workplace pension
