Architectural Assistants, Recently-Qualified Architects, Technicians or Technologists
Zebra Architects are a friendly, established practice based in Worcester, working nationally on a diverse array of projects from bespoke private homes to small-to-large scale housing developments, care, independent schools, student accommodation and Worcester City’s new football stadium. We pride ourselves on high-quality, carefully crafted design while ensuring that our clients and their budgets are well looked after.
We are a close-knit and supportive team of ten, situated adjacent to the golf course and canal, consisting of Architects, architectural assistants, technicians, landscapers and visualisers. Having recently moved to new, larger offices, with lots of exciting upcoming projects, we are seeking new faces to join our team.
- Recently qualified Architect or post Part II Architectural Assistant (minimum one year experience).
You should be creative & design-focused, demonstrate excellent Sketchup/3D modelling ability, drawing presentation skills, and strong AutoCAD ability. Residential experience is a must, with an understanding of planning requirements and UK building regulations essential. You would be working under the guidance of a senior Architect on multiple projects from concept to completion, both independently and as part of a team.
- Architectural technologist / technician with significant residential experience.
You should have excellent autocad ability and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of UK building regulations, including knowledge of lifetime homes, HQI and BREEAM beneficial. You would be working under a senior Architect / senior technician producing working drawing packages on a variety of projects, coordinating with consultants, liaising with clients / contractors and reviewing sub-contractor information, developing technical details to suit bespoke designs.
