A Project Architect opportunity is now available with a leading London practice. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual passionate about all-things-workplace, who is looking to join an established team with excellent benefits and plenty of room for progression.

An award-winning team of 70 interior designers, architects, technicians and workplace strategists. Well known for their innovative projects within the workplace industry, they have worked with national and international brands, entrepreneurs and blue-chip clients. Their success winning new business and retaining existing clients, has put them in the forefront of their sector and is reflected in their ever-growing pipeline of projects. Because of this, they are now looking for a Project Architect to join their London office on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working across design concept / development and delivery stages, ensuring that the vision of projects are checked and delivered
  • Developing innovative tools and processes to provide a unique and differentiated workplace offer to clients
  • Developing flexible workplace solutions
  • Working with a variety of projects across different RIBA stages at one time using Revit
  • Managing client and team relationships to ensure smooth delivery of successful projects
  • Monitoring and identifying priority areas and change requests throughout the life of the projects
  • Mentoring and supporting the Architectural team

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years' PQE Part III experience
  • Fully proficient in Revit
  • A minimum of 3 years UK professional experience working in practice
  • It is vital that you can show examples of projects you have completed using Revit for this appointment
  • 2+ years' experience working on workplace/office/commercial projects
  • Passionate and inspiring; proven experience leading teams
  • Ability to demonstrate lateral thinking to solve challenges
  • A flexible responsive approach
  • Consider yourself an all-rounder that has skills across all RIBA stages 1-7
  • Initiative in identifying and focusing on what needs to be done, to contribute to the achievement of business objectives
  • Excellent client facing abilities

Unfortunately, applicants without full proficiency in Revit will not be considered for this position.

Salary & Package

  • Circa £45,000 fully dependent on experience
  • Company pension scheme
  • Holiday entitlement: 20 days holiday + 3 additional days for Christmas Closure + 1 day for your birthday. This increases 1 day per year after each completed year to 25 days upon 5 years' service and then increases to 30 days upon 10 years' service.
