A successful medium sized practice with experience in commercial, logistics, hotels and education projects and able to support Part III studies in a supportive environment, looking for a talented Part II Assistant to join the team.

My client is a well-established and growing practice with over five decades of experience in both private and public sectors. Their projects, ranging in size from £50,000 - £50million and include commercial, hotels, education and logistics buildings. The team, totalling 31 staff and led by three partners, include a mix of architects, technicians, designers and assistants. Their medium size allows for a personalised service, ensuring projects are delivered to completion. The practice, having a large portfolio of secured work see them now requiring an ambitious Architectural Assistant to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

The role will see you assisting from inception to completion across projects of all sizes, complexity and at all stages of development.

Required Skills & Experience - Experience in UK relevant projects - Ability to assist in projects through all RIBA stages - Revit experience is highly advantageous - Good technical knowledge - AutoCAD and SketchUp proficiency

Salary & Package

The practice is offering a competitive salary of £27,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, alongside statutory pension, paid professional memberships and a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, the practice have proven experience supporting assistant staff through their Part II and Part III studies and this is extended to all new staff looking to gain relevant experience in a supportive atmosphere.
