A design-led practice based in Poole are now looking for an Architectural assistant with a passion for contemporary design to work on a broad range of projects

This architectural and planning consultancy currently has projects across the country ranging from listed buildings to new multi-storey developments. The firm is a fast-growing business with a reputation for its relaxed and friendly atmosphere and is also known for its community-based projects.
They are currently looking to recruit a Part II Architecture assistant or a recently qualified Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

The firm currently have a number of projects that require pre and post planning design and construction drawings which the successful candidate will be responsible for. You will also be working directly with clients in addition to internal and external team members during the course of each project. Along with the responsibilities taken on within this role, you will be offered the opportunity of career development and growth within the company.

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent design skills and the ability to show creative flair within your work
RIBA Part II accredited or equivalent
A minimum of 18 months relevant architectural experience
Good communication skills
Skilled with CAD drawing packages
Strong modelling skills
Knowledge of Vectorworks would be an advantage

Salary & Package

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £26,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.
