The practice has been operating for over 20 years and within that time they have established a very strong reputation in the high-end residential sector with styles varying from contemporary to classical. They practice is made up of around 15 people and their projects range from £250,000 to £7millon. They pride themselves on delivering projects of the highest standard covering every aspect of the design process. Their design style focuses on the traditional but also involves on contempory styling. Many of the projects will also involve designing additional aspects such tennis courts, swimming Pools and Art installations.
Role & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be working under the project lead and across technical stages of a number of live projects which the practice is currently running. You will be working on a wide range of high-end residential projects based within the Surrey/Sussex area.
Required Skills & Experience
Skilled in the use of AutoCAD Able to produce highly accurate detailed drawings. Experience in Residential projects would be essential High end residential project experience would be beneficial Experience in joinery and stonework would be advantageous A minimum of 3 years in practice experience Due to location you would require your own transport.
Salary & Package
The Role would offer a salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. The practice also offers benefit a company pension scheme, critical illness cover and Christmas holiday shutdown. They have a standard working day of 8.30 – 5.00pm
The office is located in a lovely farm environment with free parking, and if feeding the ducks at the pond beside the office isn't for you, the team regularly go to the local pub at lunchtime. On the social side they are visiting Goodwood revival this year and last year for Christmas, they had a Thai chef come in to the office.
