Based in a modern office the team is made up of 30 staff, which consists of Architectural, Urban Design, Town Planning and Ecology professionals. This service led company works on a broad range of projects throughout Southern England including high end bespoke private houses, large-scale housing developments, care homes, commercial and master planning. With plans to grow the business in the coming years, our client is now looking to take on a Part II Architectural assistant to join the team

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate would be working under a senior Architect on a wide range of residential projects.

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 1 years UK experience post Part II Experience with Residential projects would be essential
A background of working on conservation projects would be beneficial The ability to work independently and as part of a team A good understanding of planning standards and UK building regulations Able to demonstrate good design skills Experience in Revit or Vectorworks would be beneficial.

Salary & Package

The role would offer a salary of £22,000 – £25,000 depending on experience plus an annual performance bonus, an 'employee ownership' bonus scheme and a contributory pension scheme.
