About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Architectural Director to join our leadership team. This is a strategic role that forms part of a dynamic client focused environment working on a variety of commercial development projects. This role involves planning, reviewing and managing projects ensuring client requirements are met in accordance with the QA system. As well as full accountability for your own projects, monitoring both their performance and finances the role will also enable you to manage your own client contacts and establish relationships with new clients to build on current portfolio.

About You

Ideally you will be a Chartered Architect ARB, RIBA with minimum 5 years post chartered experience preferably gained in the Industrial / Logistics sector. You will have developed strong commercial and contractual awareness and be able to evidence excellent communication skills and good time management. A track record of planning, reviewing and managing your own projects is essential along with the ability to develop good working relationships with both existing and new clients. Experience of leading a team and sound technical knowledge is required to ensure you manage the technical delivery of complex projects. Knowledge of Autodesk Revit software is advantageous.
