Ambitious and career driven Architectural Technician / Technologist required for a Multi disciplinary Architecture & Interior Design Practice based in Skipton, North Yorkshire.


Conrad Consulting are once again collaborating with our long standing client who due to various recent project awards across multiple sectors are looking to bolster their Technical Team.

The Practice recently celebrated their 50th Anniversary have grown an enviable reputation for delivering quality award winning design and boast a portfolio of work spanning multiple sectors, many of these being repeat clients dating back to the company's inception.

Ideally we are looking for a suitably qualified & experienced Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist with at least five years practical experience within Private Practice or a Design Consultancy. Working on both national and international projects, the Architectural Technician will be required to use your strong technical background to assist with the technical delivery team.
The practice work within a variety of sectors and will give you the opportunity to work on different projects gaining valuable job running experience. AutoCAD and REVIT is the main software packages used within the practice so would be a highly desirable attribute for you to have.
The majority of New project work is being designed using REVIT software, so candidates with previous BIM experience will be looked upon favourably.

The ideal candidate will retain the following skills, qualifications & experience:-

A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent-
An extensive capacity for the applied use of AutoCAD or Revit (desirable)
Confident job runner with previous project delivery experience
Broad experience in the production of technical drawing/detailing packages-
An awareness of standard UK Building regulations
A flexible, tenacious and positive approach to working with a team or autonomously

Areas within the practice for professional development through comprehensive training strategies, expert guidance and exposure to a wide range of noteworthy commissions to work on, will be immediately available to the right candidate. Salary depending on suitability and experience up to £35,000 - £37,000 per annum + Benefits.
