My client has won multiple UK housing awards and prides itself in providing their clients with a personal service, where they provide professional expertise through a variety of resources. Due to continued success the practice now requires an Architect to join their social and friendly team.
They currently employ 20 people staff who work across a range of project types, including medium- scale residential developments and one off houses, retirement living, commercial and conservation. In recent year the practice has taken a proactive view in the implementation of Revit and BIM with in the business.
The practice has a flexible design approach, whereby each team is led by an associate director. The office is located close to the border of Dorset and Hampshire.
Role & Responsibilities
Work closely with Clients producing concepts designs
Work within the design team across all RIBA stages
Produce high quality designs using Revit
Attend site, monitor progress and co-ordinate with sub-consultants
Required Skills & Experience
Able to demonstrate excellent design skills
Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication
Be confident presenting with fantastic interpersonal skills
Experience using Revit would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
Part III qualified
Comfortable using Sketch up, Photoshop and InDesign
Have a minimum of 2 years UK experience
Salary & Package
This role offers a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience
