Project Manager Required
Yogo Group is looking for a talented and enthusiastic project manager to join its team in London, Southgate.
The Project Manager would require experience of managing multi-disciplinary projects ranging in size from £2m - £20m. In particular knowledge and experience in, new build and conversions. In addition must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of building regulations.
Essential experience required would be of managing Health & Safety issues within facilities projects and working knowledge of a principal designer and CDM Regulations with their practical implementation.

-Provide regular reports on projects in progress and reporting actual/potential issues
-Good problem solver who can identify architectural problems well
-Experience with new builds
-The ability to manage projects from start to completion
-Have a sound understanding of construction technologies and UK Building regulations
-Be proactive and willing to work in a team
-Good experience of JCT/RIBA contracts and their administration
-Familiar with UK Planning and Building Regulations
-Strong technical detailing skills
-Fully conversant with Autocad
-Good presentation skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Able to work within a busy environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Fluent in both written and spoken English
Experience required: Three – Five Years Minimum

- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel
