£35k - £40k
Look at Manchester's larger trendy practices and you'll see that most of them started 5 - 7 years ago. They now have 50 - 60 staff, do High Rise Residential / Student Apartments and have an out there brand. Go back 3 - 4 years and you have THIS practice.
15 people, 2.5 years established, average project £15m, Commercial, High Rise, Apartments, Resi... work coming in from across the UK at a good pace, growing use of BIM (but you don't need to have that background, they will train if need be).
The opportunity? Well there are no Associates there yet. You will probably be one of two or three senior people, capable of running projects. It's easy to work out the opportunity and get an idea of where you might be in 3 or 4 years.
They pay as well as they can, and they pay bonus; probably £2k in your first year on top of £35k - £40k. Ideally you will be managing packages or £2m - £4m projects now and be ready for a step up with this move.
What they really need, are complimentary personalities at a decent level who will enjoy the light hearted but busy environment, have a drive to manage, and EVEN get yourself out there with appropriate support.
