A design led high end residential practice based in Surrey is looking to give the opportunity to a talented and driven Senior Architect to work on bespoke and interesting London based projects.

Based in the riverside town of Weybridge, next to a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops, the practice strongly encourages a good work-life balance, whilst also ensuring they always maintain a high quality of work.

The practice formed in 2006, have grown steadily from completing small residential refurbishments to the lavish creation of imaginative and innovative residential architecture. They approach all projects with a focus on design, balanced with well executed technical solutions and a contemporary feel.

Role & Responsibilities

Due to a large pipeline of upcoming projects and company expansion, they are looking to recruit an ambitious senior Architect to develop the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of one or more projects, leading them from inception to completion. You must therefore be able to demonstrate strong capabilities across RIBA stages 0-7.
Whilst initially reporting to a line manager, your long term goal should be to take ownership of an increasing number of complex of projects and be part of a growing and collaborative company, who can offer a clear pathway to career progression.

The role will include:
Running multiple projects at various stages
Leading teams and managing others
Client facing responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 3 years professional experience, working within a UK based practice
Excellent design skills and professional experience working on high-end, residential projects
An excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Proven Experience leadings teams and projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite are also desirable
Experience in a client facing position would be beneficial
Ambition to succeed and develop with a supportive company

Salary & Package

Salary offered for this position is £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience, alongside the following company benefits;
