We are currently looking for a bright and committed graduate to join our expanding team in Clapham. Our ideal candidate is a graduate who is looking to further their career in Architecture by gaining experience within an architectural role. The week will be a 40 hour week spilt over weekends and weekdays.

We are an Architectural Design firm based in Clapham, SW9. We offer a fresh and straightforward approach to architecture – and offer a range of fixed fee design packages for clients looking to undertake a kitchen extension, basement or loft conversion. We have completed in excess of 400 projects, and have an unrivalled success rate at gaining planning permission for extensions and loft conversions across London. We have a sister company, Build Team, who offer a construction service.

The Role

The role will support the team with administrative functions and support the Architectural Designers in technical delivery on a variety of projects using AutoCAD. You will work closely with our Architectural Team and offer assistance with drawings up floorplans in AutoCAD, assisting with Measured Surveys, attending Site Visits and assisting with planning applications. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and further their development. You will also assist the marketing team by writing blogs and creating 3D visuals and models.

Key Responsibilities

 Assisting the Architectural Team with drawings and planning applications
 Conducting Measured Surveys with clients
 Attending Site Visits and offering prospective clients advice
 General administrative duties around the office


 Graduate in Architecture (Part 1 or 2) or equivalent
 Able to use AutoCAD & SketchUp
 Excellent English both oral and written
 Friendly and personable
 Able to work well as part of a team
