The practice is a lively and attractive open plan studio based in the heart of the historic market town of Farnham offering the perfect balance between the beautiful countryside of the South Downs and the buzz of London.

The company has a strong pipeline of work, including a fan base of clients and a strong reputation as an industry leader in the refashioning of unpleasant properties into unique and visually dynamic homes.

Role & Responsibilities

This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your design skills and creativity to deliver the perfect client brief.
Similarly, you will be required to have a good understanding of UK building and construction regulations, alongside excellent design and planning ability.
Successful candidates will be required to meet with clients, so excellent communication skills are needed and experience visualising in Photoshop and 3D modelling abilities, ideally with ArchiCAD would be beneficial.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years residential experience
Strong technical, UK building regulations and planning knowledge
Proficient in ArchiCAD and Adobe Suite
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Able to learn and adapt quickly to changing environment

Salary & Package

The salary range offered for this role will be £30,000 – £38,000 alongside parking benefits and statutory pension scheme.
