I am currently working with a well-established architectural practice who are looking for Architect to join their practice on an initial one-year contract for maternity cover. If you are an Architect who has experience in or just a passion for conservation they want to speak with you.

Based in within the shadow of Salisbury cathedral this friendly practice of 8 people are specialists in conservation and sustainability. Projects vary anywhere from private residences to major ecclesiastical redevelopments.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working within a small sociable and relaxed team of professionals on Ecclesiastical buildings, conservation, and sustainable architecture. You will be responsible for working on a variety of RIBA stages and will be expected to attend meetings with clients and visit sites when required.

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience Ecclesiastical and Heritage experience is not essential, but you must be able to display a keen interest in the sector
Skilled with use of AutoCAD and Sketchup
Experienced running projects

Salary & Package

This role offers a salary of £35,000 to £42,0000 dependent on experience
The office operates a standard working day of 9.00 – 5 .00pm
