Are you looking to switch gears in your career? This vacancy with a Motorsport project specialist, offering the opportunity to work on various race track developments across the world, could be in pole position for you.

This design and advisory company operate on projects across the world specialising in motorsport.
The cohesive team of 5 work closely with developers, governing bodies and existing venues, design everything from the circuits themselves to the commercial and hospitality buildings that accompany the track. Due to continued continuous growth and an increase in work load, they are now looking for an Architect to join the team on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

Working as a key member the design team to develop initial concepts into final site plans and detailed master plan drawings
Converting technical drawings & designs into high quality rendered images and graphics to showcase large-scale sports and leisure properties
Creating client design reports, brochures and marketing material to help present projects to clients or promote the company.
Potentially attending client meetings in the UK and possibly overseas.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience using Adobe Photoshop, In-Design and Illustrator is an important requirement for this position, or other graphic design software such as Autodesk 3D Studio Max
Part III qualified
Possess a creative outlook and vision
Experience of working on town or urban planning projects where you have had responsibility for conceptual designs, master planning and visualization outputs
Experience in the sports, leisure or retail sector is advantageous
Background in producing site plans, design reports, visuals and renders for external issue
Confident liaising with external consultants or clients on design issues
Experience in working with Microstation or AutoCAD 2D drafting
A passion for motorsport would be highly advantageous

Salary & Package

Salary £34,000- £40,000k dependent on experience
