Part II Architectural Assistant

Their rail experience is international, but they are mostly known for their involvement in multiple major London station redevelopments and rail schemes. They also have an extremely successful portfolio of projects in the education, workplace, commercial and hospitality sectors.
Due to their international presence, with offices located across the globe, the firm possess the ability to offer their staff the opportunity to travel and work in other parts of the world.
Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for working in teams which will be predominantly engaged on major transport schemes. You will report to the Project Leader, and will be involved in the technical and construction stages as opposed to front end design.
Required Skills & Experience
- RIBA Part II qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the UK
- A high level of efficiency working within Microstation on live projects
- Evident technical ability
- Previous transport sector experience
- Available for an immediate or quick start
Salary & Package
Successful candidates will be offered a salary of £30,000 – £36,000 depending on experience. In addition, the company offers a company pension scheme, discretionary annual bonuses twice a year, full sickness pay and respect the needs for flexible working hours.
You will be working from the company’s offices in Chiswick which are easily accessible by public transport.
