Working for one of the largest aviation architectural practices in the world, you’ll be responsible for leading the fit-out design for a major retail & passenger facility in the UK. The firm were established more than 60 years ago and now employ over 200 staff. Their aviation experience stems across some of the world’s major airports, including our very own London Heathrow; and they often collaborate with other reputable London-based and International firms. They do also have an extremely successful portfolio of projects in the rail, education, workplace, commercial and hospitality sectors.

Due to their international presence, with offices located across the globe, the firm possess the ability to offer their staff the opportunity to travel and work in other parts of the world.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the fit-out design for a major retail & passenger facility in the UK. You will operate within a wider architectural team and be required to prepare well executed presentations, liaise with the client organisations and integrate branding and wayfinding components in to the overall design, amongst other important duties.

Required Skills & Experience

  • RIBA Part III qualified with a minimum of 3 years PQE
  • A strong background in the relevant sector
  • Demonstrate strong design creativity
  • Able to prepare well executed presentations
  • Previous client facing experience
  • Experience leading and coordinating teams
  • Ideally this person will be available for a September/October start.

Salary & Package

Successful candidates will be offered a salary of £36,000 – £45,000 depending on experience. In addition, the company offers a company pension scheme, discretionary annual bonuses twice a year, full sickness pay and respect the needs for flexible working hours.
