A great opportunity for a driven and well-rounded Architect to join this rapidly developing residential led practice. With an already an extensive range of experience and technical expertise my client now requires an individual to join the team due to an increase in business.

Established in the late 2000s my client has already worked alongside some of the largest house builders in England, such as Bellway, Bellwinch and Taylor Wimpey. Based in Kent, they are small but dynamic practice, that provides a range of design and construction services within the surrounding counties.

Role & Responsibilities

Having recently taken on a number of projects and with a significant pipeline of confirmed work our client is now looking to recruit a personable and technically minded Architect to take a role in delivering projects from inception through to completion. The role will also have strong site based element which will additionally involve performing feasibility studies as well as being able to communicate with all stakeholders on site.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years post Part III experience
  • Have previously worked across all RIBA stages
  • A good understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Proficient on AutoCAD
  • Prior experience working on residential projects
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Confident making site visits.
