Role & Responsibilities
Working closely with the rest of the design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of schemes, predominantly on a large residential project in the UK. You will be focusing on the early concept design stages, through to stage 4, using Revit as your main software.
Required Skills & Experience
- Part II Qualified (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years UK experience
- Working proficiency in using Revit is essential
- Experience working on all residential project types, particularly large scale developments would be preferable
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
- Experience working on planning applications and concept designs, with strong experience of working up to stage 4
- Strong flair for design
- Highly articulate and able to communicate to clients and colleagues on all levels
- Ability to communicate your designs in a variety of media
Please note, only candidates with working proficiency in Revit will be considered for this role.
Salary & Package
In addition to a salary ranging from £27,000 to £32,000 dependant on experience, the successful candidate will also be eligible for the following benefits:
