Conrad Consulting are working in partnership with a medium sized a medium sized architectural studio based South of Manchester city centre to secure the additional resource of an Qualified Architect for their specialist studio.

This AJ100 Architectural practice are looking to employ an Architect to join their successful and growing design team after recently taking on various high profile and contemporary projects throughout the North-West region.

The successful candidate will be presented with the opportunity to work on projects in a broad range of sectors including: Sports, Leisure, Healthcare, Education, etc. You will be working alongside consummate industry professionals and offered a clear path through to Senior Architect and on to Associate level in the not so distant future.

Ideally, you will ideally have between 2-5 years of post qualification experience in a diverse, architectural practice, and will have a background of working on a broad range of projects in differing sectors. Due to the nature and size of this practice, you will be involved in projects at all RIBA stages through from inception to completion. Therefore proven experience in all RIBA stages would be advantageous.

Key requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience is preferred.
* Hands-on experience working within core design sectors (Leisure, Sports, Healthcare, Education, etc).
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT systems
* Strong presentation skills.
* Experience at all RIBA stages.
* Client-facing.
* Ability to develop & refine a client brief.
