A prestigious interior design and architectural practice situated in beautifully converted offices in Islington, who offer a relaxed working environment and the chance for an Architect to progress into the role of Project Architect.

Established in 2008, the practice has earnt an enviable reputation, specialising in a variety of projects ranging from large commercial buildings to office fit-outs and residential projects. They are a small team of architectural and interiors staff, and the practice is currently run by the founder of the business, who holds over 18 years’ experience in the design industry and has a great amount of involvement in the daily running of the office and their projects.

The company’s portfolio currently holds an array of projects in a variety of sectors such as high end bespoke private dwellings and multi unit residential and commercial projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working closely alongside the Director and will be involved in the production information and contract administration, on current schemes at various stages for developer clients. You will be working on a variety of projects in and outside of London, ranging from high-end bespoke single dwellings to mid and large scale multi-unit residential and commercial projects.
This role will involve being office based as well as working on-site.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Part III qualified (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience post Part II
  • Experience of all RIBA stages
  • Competent Revit and AutoCAD user
  • Strong construction experience, with a strong understanding of UK building regulations and the ability to produce quality technical and production details
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of working on high-end residential projects

Salary & Package

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary of around £33,000 – £37,000 per annum depending on experience. In addition to this, you will receive a statutory pension.
