This thriving multi-disciplinary practice located on the banks of the Thames in Hampton have an opportunity for a driven and talented Project Architect to work on high-end residential projects from initial concept design through to contract administration on site.
Working from several studios across the country, this successful Architecture practice has a backbone of high-end residential and domestic projects, accumulating in excess of 130 projects a year. These commissions range from £350,000 – £2million in contract value and include extensions, refurbishments and new builds within Surrey, Oxford, London and along the South Coast.
Each of their offices remain interactive with one another, using Skype as a form of regular communication, and meeting as an entire team on a regular basis both for training and social events including race days, treasure hunts and fun competitions.
Role & responsibilities
Working on high end residential schemes across the country, you will responsible for overseeing the projects’ design, the production of construction documents and generation of specifications and tender documents with the overall objective of creating outstanding design and exceeding expectations.
You will be responsible for understanding the clients objectives, requirements and budgets for the brief alongside ensuring the project is progressing on time and within budget. Additionally, you will provide clients with the practicality of their project and consulting when needed.
Moreover, you will be required to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project including the upkeep of complete and accurate project documents.
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years post Part III experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Job Running including site visits.
• A good understanding of ArchiCAD is preferred.
• Great client facing skills.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Competent in Contract Administration

Salary & Package
The successful applicant will be offered a salary of £38,000 – £42,000 DOE and a company pension scheme.
