A well-established Architectural practice based near the city centre of Winchester, now have an opportunity for an Architect to join them and work on a diverse portfolio of projects from bespoke residential houses to iconic British landmarks in London.

The practice have been established for over 80 years and have an eclectic portfolio including projects including contemporary residential, conservation and specialist one off projects. The team is made up of 20 people working in the office based in the centre of Winchester. Due to the continued growth of the practice they are looking for an architect to join them on a full time basis.

Role & Responsibilities

Candidates will be required to work across all RIBA stages and be able to take projects from conception through to completion. Candidates will be working closely and supporting other members of the team.

This role will involve the candidate being able to work on a variety of project types with the initial projects being based around a major contract for retirement living project.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A Minimum of 3 years post Part III qualification
  • Good design ability
  • Experience of running projects and teams
  • A confident and clear communicator
  • Skilled with the use of AutoCAD
  • Experience with retirement living based projects would be highly beneficial.

Salary & Package

The role would pay a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
