Senior Part III Architect / Senior Technician or Technologist

Senior Part III (10 Years Post Qualification) - We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual with strong conceptual and design skills, together with confidence in job running and sound technical experience. This is an ideal opportunity for an Architect looking to seek ownership of projects from inception through to completion, heading a team and guiding junior members of staff as necessary. A successful applicant will be a proactive individual who demonstrates excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to inspire, influence and negotiate. Strong report writing skills and experience of making presentations, and attending meetings with Clients.
Senior Technician or Technologist with minimum 10 Years experience - Working alongside an architectural team, you should be a motivated individual, being able to lead the detailed design process and co-ordinate detailed design information; liaise with and produce documentation for statutory approval authorities; produce, manage, control and integrate design and production information and carry out design stage risk assessments. Exposure to/knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Planning and NBS specification writing etc required.
