Part 1 Architectural Assistant

» Self-motivated individual who is able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks;
» Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project;
» Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
» Good verbal, written and graphic communication skills;
» Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines;
» Ability to demonstrate excellent design skills and evidence of a good design understanding (e.g. a good design portfolio);
» Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
» Working knowledge of CAD systems, ideally AutoCAD & Revit although training will be given;
» Working knowledge of Adobe Suite;
» Working knowledge Microsoft programmes including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
