Estates and Facilities (E&F) provides a wide range of services to staff, students and visitors across all campuses including estate planning, engineering and maintenance, conferences and catering, domestic services, transport and security.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Estate Planning, we are seeking to appoint a new Senior Estate Planning Specialist. This is a newly formed role and requires an exceptional candidate to provide space planning expertise to achieve effective and efficient utilisation of the institution's estate in order to drive cost savings and support academic activity.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of space management solutions and making recommendations for improving space utilisation across the University.
You will need significant experience in an estates planning management role including project management in a large, complex organisation, and will have expert knowledge in estate planning and space utilisation.
You should be highly credible with senior management and adept at in?uencing, building relationships and communicating advice and solutions to others.
You will need to be resilient, capable of assimilating information quickly, accomplished at analysing data and have good attention to detail.
