Brand and Marketing Manager
An exciting opportunity has come up to join the RIBA Marketing Team, as Brand and Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for overseeing the creation and delivery of marketing plans for key campaigns and programmes for RIBA members and wider public engagement.
Straddling brand and marketing, you will have a leadership role in transforming the way we use our digital marketing channels and developing our brand as we conduct a brand review. You will be responsible for high-profile thought leadership campaigns, promoting architectural awards and our programme of cultural events and exhibitions.
As a key player in the Marketing Team you will develop relationships with internal specialists, stakeholders and external suppliers.
You will directly manage one Marketing Executive, providing coaching, advice and support to deliver successful campaign outcomes. Externally you will oversee our design and print suppliers driving quality, brand compliance and value for money.
Several years’ experience in a marketing role covering professional and public audiences is required, as is experience of working in a complex organisation with large numbers of stakeholders. Sound knowledge of current marketing and campaign planning and tactical delivery techniques using the full marketing mix is also essential.
