Im working with an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice based London (East Central) with over 70 staff that are lookingfor a Project running Architect to support their team with coordination and delivery of Commercial and residential projects of around £40 million to £250 million multi-unit schemes. They are committed to providing buildings of quality and prides their self in their design and technical delivery team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Project running of multi unit residential projects.Managing small teams
    Working on a variety of Residential projects across all RIBA Stages Technical Delivery
    coordinating teamsExperience within the Residential Sector working on projects over 40 Million Reporting straight to the Directors Managing a team of recently quailified Architects

RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

The following requirements are essential to this position:

RIBA - ARB

A good working knowledge of technical delivery is important.

Strong Revit Skills

Experience working across RIBA stages

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of Revit BIM to level 2 standards

Knowledge of AutoCAD

ARB or RIBA Registered
