We are currently working with a worldwide leading co-working provider, who are looking for BIM Coordinator to join their high flying team. If you have experience working for a top Architecture & Design practice or contracting and you're looking for something slightly different this could be perfect for you. You'll be managing Revit models as well as being involved in implementation of the software ensuring company documentation is adhered to. This is a fundamental position working closely with the BIM manager developing standards; training and assisting in support across the office in improve process.


-Coaching & mentoring less experienced staff and helping personal development

- Hands on content production to company spec

-Coordinating with subcontractors/consutlants

- Performing clash detection (Navisworks)

- Daily model management and maintenance of databases

- Assist to producing/improving project templates and running health checks


-Strong professional experience in Revit & Navisworks

-BIM knowledge throughout/experience through construction process

-Highly organised , self driven and ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks

-Strong team player with great communication skills
