My client is a practice of creative designers and architects working on commercial, education and residential projects both nationally and internationally, now have a Project Architect job for a design focused individual to join the team.
Based in a historic area of London, where they provide a “turn-key” and cost-effective service, the practice works across all RIBA stages from inception to completion to provide architectural, master-planning and design services to all clients.
They are looking to expand their team to include an experienced Project Architect to support with running projects through all RIBA stages, including design and construction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing projects across all RIBA stages, including Residential, Education and Commercial
- Working either alone or alongside a team to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
- Producing detailed drawings
- Attending site visits
- Problem solving when required
Required Skills & Experience
- ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post part III and UK experience
- Experience of Project Leading across multiple sectors and across all RIBA stages
- Able to hit the ground running on projects
- Experience of Design to Delivery
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong design skills and construction experience
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Excellent communication skills
Salary & Package
- Salary offered between £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
- Holidays include 28 days of annual leave
- Statutory Pension Scheme
