"Here's another £2000 on your salary, great job on that big project..." says your boss. What you really deserve is a promotion. But that's probably not going to happen, is it?

It's crowded at the top.

"We're waiting for Bob to retire before you move up the ladder".

But what they don't say is that there are another three employees fighting over Bob's job when he finally does go and you might never get it.

You CAN get the job you want with the promotion you want built in and more.

Let's start on salary. Do associates at your practice even get paid £50,000? Do they get a Car Allowance and big pension anyway? If you got this job you'll probably end up with a cash package of £55,000 from day one, and the rest.

Here's the rest of the plan: Within 2 years you'll get promoted to Associate Director, 5 years from now you'll be a Director. Don't take my word for it, interview there and they'll tell you the same thing!

Directors earn a package close to or over £100,000 in this company. You would be forgiven for thinking you can't afford NOT to take this job.

They're outside the city centre, very easy to drive to with free parking, you'll come and go as you please anyway but you can forget the cattle cart style trains or the traffic you fight through every day. Instead, you'll have more time for the gym or even get home in time for dinner.

There's more; it's a chance to put your stamp on an established practice. You're going to run the Architecture department one day, it's your job to modernise it, to re-make it in your own image, to make the team work around your style. Don't take my word for it, they'll tell you this at the interview!

Worried you're not ready? Going to be too much competition for a job like this? They don't want someone who is already there, they want someone still developing, someone like you who is held back by their current practice.

All of the doors are open here, the key to your climb to the top lies in getting in touch or applying to this job.
