RIBA Appointments holds details not only of RIBA members and Architects but also
Architectural Assistants, Technicians, CAD staff and Interior Designers etc.
Our fees are as follows:

We charge a one-off fee based upon 16% percent of annual remuneration. (12% for RIBA Chartered Practices) |
| Temporary staff |
We charge a small flat weekly fee for the duration of the employment. Full details of fee-scales are available on request. |
About us
We are a commercial employment agency like no other, we have a two-fold brief to generate revenue for the RIBA's trading activities but, above all, to provide a professional and ethical service to the architectural profession. The majority of our business is developed through on-going client relationships and based on our platform of experience and understanding of the architectural profession. We do not cut corners on a short term basis: we aim in the long term to remain the leading recruitment consultants in the profession.
During this economic climate we have also looked at our overall service and what is important to our clients. We would therefore like to highlight the following:
3 month Guarantee
More than ever, firms want to save on costs and limit risk. Thankfully we find
it a rare occurrence but should one of our permanent placements leave (for whatever reason)
during the first 3 months, we will refund the full permanent fee and only charge
temporary fees for the period worked.
Time Saving
Firms advertising at the moment are virtually guaranteed to receive a very large number of CVs. These however can take a lot of time to process with no guarantee
of finding the right person at the end of it. By using our agency and experienced consultants, you who will only receive CVs of candidates who closely match your
requirements and make a payment once someone has started.
Fast response
Once firms receive commissions, they often require new staff to start quickly. We therefore aim to send a quality selection of CVs the same day you
instruct us.
