Architect - experienced Part 2 Assistant

Due to an increasing workload we are currently recruiting for a recently qualified Architect in our Leicester head office, also in our Bury St Edmunds and London offices. Applications from experienced Part 2 candidates who are currently undertaking Part 3 studies will also be considered.
Primary duties will include:
Designing and Managing projects from inception to completion
Control of the production of drawings to meet project requirements and deadlines
Co-ordination of whole design team
Project cost control
You will be able to demonstrate:
RIBA Part 2 qualification – essential, Part 3 qualification and ARB registration - desirable
Minimum of three years’ experience in a client facing role, ideally both in the private and public sectors, particularly in retail and education projects
Strong all round job running skills, including contract administration, planning and programming
Good communication and presentation skills, ability to liaise effectively with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders
Ability to manage the project team on a day to day basis
Competency in AutoCAD and Revit
Strong design and technical skills
Full UK driving licence
The successful applicant will reside within easily commutable distance from the office or will be able to relocate at short notice.
