Project BIM Manager + Part II Architectural Assistant

Our Cambridge office is currently recruiting for the following full-time staff:

• Project BIM Manager
• Part II Architectural Assistant

Project BIM Manager

Feilden+Mawson has recently won a number of projects in London and East Anglia and have an immediate need for a highly motivated, design orientated BIM manager to work with us and our clients to deliver these projects. Feilden+Mawson have a strong collegiate team culture where all are encouraged to make contributions on behalf of our clients producing excellent designed buildings.

Working closely with the Practice CAD / BIM Partner and the ICT Team you will support the expansion and consolidation of BIM across the UK practice.

You will provide day-to-day CAD and Revit / BIM support to the Cambridge office.

You will support the Practice CAD / BIM Partner in the development, improvement and implementation of standards and processes and in the development and maintenance of templates and families for the practice Revit library.

You will provide additional CAD and Revit / BIM support on a specific project to be agreed.

Essential      
  • Detailed knowledge of Revit and BIM.
  • Ability to help others with Revit/BIM. Willingness to share your knowledge with the team.
  • Patience, flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Prepared to travel to UK sites and other F+M offices
  • Experience of Navisworks, Tekla BIMSight, Solibri, etc.
  • Good communication skills.
Desirable       
  • Detailed knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Experience of large-scale projects.
